Your professional life before us:

You should have a track record of increasing conversion, end-to-end planning, execution, and customer journey management. As well as strong analytical & technical skill, you should have an ability to analyze reports, recognize trends and recommend further actions.

📍 About the role:

You will be trialed on basic tasks to begin with and once we see you have what it takes, you will be promoted to full-time CRO Manager. You will be working directly with, and reporting to the Founder and Head of Operations

Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 USD

To note, if you are selected for an interview, you will be required to complete a trial task as part of the hiring process.

💪 What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Drive conversion and optimization efforts: Utilize A/B and multivariate testing to enhance conversion rates
  • Optimize conversion paths: Plan, prioritize and develop testing plans to improve conversion rates in different marketing channels
  • Manage and optimize website elements: Enhance landing pages, templates, CTAs, and lead-generating forms to increase conversions
  • Improve lead-to-customer conversion rate: Collaborate with cross-company colleagues to optimize conversions and align efforts with company goals 
  • Ongoing deep-dive analysis of data:: Regularly track and provide insights on conversion rate optimization initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Prepare comprehensive testing plans: Continuously develop testing plans and evaluate campaigns’ outcomes
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in conversion rate optimization

🏠 Can you find yourself here?

  • Minimum 2 years CRO experience
  • Strong analytical & technical skills
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Google Analytics (A must- preferably GA4)
  • Constantly seeking out ways to become more efficient and improve results.
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver with good time-management skills and ability to multitask
  • Must: Strong level of English
