The future is female with research indicating that companies with greater gender diversity among senior leaders are more profitable, inspire new ideas and foster innovation.
Despite conversations about gender diversity, women are still underrepresented, underpaid, and often discriminated against in the tech industry.
In fact, the ratio of women to men in tech roles has declined in the past 35 years, and for women of color, this lack of inclusivity plays an even larger factor.

We have set up our own Social Impact Foundation concentrating on major issues affecting Papua New Guinea including deforestation and ethical carbon trading.
Papua New Guinea boasts more than 7% of the world’s biodiversity in less than 1% of the world’s landmass. However, Carbon Traders have been widely critizised for operating unethically and fraudentely – in some cases logging in the forest they were meant to protecting.
Instead, our foundation is working with the citizens of Papua New Guinea to ensure that they are protected.
In regards to carbon trading, in Australia, hybrid electric vehicles (PHVE) are particularly difficult to access, with PHEV sales accounting for only 3.8% of overall car sales last year.
Think – Why is it every time you see a website that states they are offsetting CO2 that it is very rare to find a link to the source of where they are doing it?
We believe that each individual should be the change to make a difference in the world. We are offsetting carbon emissions by installing solar panels on our employees’s properties in Australia.

Who would you think is the biggest environmentalist of today right? Not Elon Musk right? Wrong. If you tried to quantify the amount he is trying to solve humanity with alternative methods, no one comes close. His net carbon amount is negative!
We believe that the best way to utilize the forces in capitalism is to create a death tax so that the majority of money that a very wealthy person owns goes to the community.
If people who amassed great wealth gave it back when they died it would create a greater disparity and also encourage them to give it away to meaningful causes before they died.
